CiNet’s Homeland One curriculum provides timely eLearning and communications content to first responders and government leaders on topics like WMD, awareness and preparedness, incident-management, HazMat and counter-terrorism. Through the combined training networks of LETN (Law Enforcement Training Network), FETN (Fire & Emergency Training Network) Professional Security Training Network (PSTN) and HSTN (Health & Sciences Television Network), personnel collaborate to share investigation leads, develop emergency deployment plans, mobilize personnel and equipment mobilization information and evacuation notices and other timely information.

Homeland One offers a fully integrated curriculum that assists first responders' progress through every phase of training. Each course exists in a version tailored to fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and law enforcement personnel, and programs are based directly on the guidelines established by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of Grants and Training (OGT). In addition to serving thousands of state and local agencies, CiNet also serves as the training and communications solution to the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our Law Enforcement training has also been received through installed satellite sites at the FBI, ATF, DOJ, the Executive Office of US Attorneys, Federal Protective Service, the DOJ COPS Office, FLETC, Department of Veterans Affairs, DOT’s NHTSA, US Marshals Service and various locations at the Department of Defense.
